(COVID-19) COMPANY POLICY
Our commitment during COVID-19 is the same as what our brand promises you every day – to be there with you every step of the way. I’d like to begin by letting you know that the health and safety of our employees and customers is our top priority.
As we continue to monitor the impact of COVID-19, I want to let you personally know about the steps we are taking to protect our customers and employees, while continuing our support, continuity and reliability.
We are following strict procedures to keep our employees and customers safe.
Our delivery and shipping departments will continue to function as they normally would, but with added measures to avoid unnecessary risk of exposure. All delivery drivers will practice frequent hand washing, and will be wearing masks and gloves at delivery to prevent cross contamination.
We are currently offering curbside an no-contact deliveries for your protection.
To maximize safety at our facility, we have increased and are seriously enforcing the practice of good hand hygiene. We ensure employees wash their hands frequently and thoroughly with soap and water for at least 20-30 seconds. Hand sanitizers may be used in conjunction with proper hand washing
All areas regularly touched by employees/guests are being regularly sanitized to prevent the spread of the virus. This includes:
- Restrooms (toilets, sinks, paper towel dispensers, etc)
- Door handles
- Tables & Counters
- Food surfaces
- Anything else applicable
We ask that no more than 4 customers enter our retail division at one time. Gloves and masks will be provided for your protection.
