Space-Saving and Freshness Guaranteed:
Your Whole Cow requires 20 cu ft of freezer space, equivalent to about 20 square milk crates, so that is a lot of meat. Each cut is expertly flash-frozen to preserve freshness for up to 12 months and is individually vacuum-packaged, weighed, and labeled in a neat fashion for your convenience. Vacuum sealing offers the advantage of compact packaging that efficiently fits into your chest freezer. (Full Cow requires 20 cu. ft.). Don’t have the room, split your order up with friends and family.

Your deposit secures your beef share for the upcoming processing date, with the balance calculated based on the actual hanging weight (Average Hanging Weight: 850 lbs. (Plus or minus 50 lbs).

Then we’ll call to help you fill out the sheet should you need to and finalize your order details. Then await our notification for pick-up or delivery date.
